The construction of flood drilling twin scene of Tianjin flood dispatching and emergency command platform

This paper aims to explore the digital twin scene construction of Tianjin flood dispatching and emergency command platform in flood dispatching rehearsal. Firstly, the importance and application prospect of twin technology in modern emergency management are summarized. Then, the system architecture and key technologies of flood dispatching rehearsal twin scene are introduced in detail, including data integration, simulation modeling, real-time cloud rendering and other key technical links. The practical case shows the application effect of the twin scene in predicting the flood impact range and drilling the effect of the scheduling schemes. Finally, the research results are summarized, and the direction and suggestions for future development are put forward.
