    MIKE FLOOD耦合模型在杭嘉湖流域嘉兴地区洪水风险图编制工作中的应用

    Application of MIKE FLOOD coupling model in flood risk mapping at Jiaxing area of Zhejiang Province

    • 摘要: 中国是世界上受洪涝灾害影响最为严重的国家之一,随着社会经济的快速发展,洪灾损失也越来越严重。我国正将防洪策略从洪水控制向洪水管理进行转变。洪水管理需要进行洪水风险分析,数值模拟则是洪水风险分析的一个重要手段。依托全国洪水风险图编制试点项目(二期)工作,以浙江嘉兴地区为研究对象,运用MIKE11软件建立该区域一维河网模型,模拟河道水位变化情况。再运用MIKE 21软件建立该区域二维模型,模拟暴雨情况下的洪水演进过程。最后运用MIKE FLOOD耦合模型,模拟河道溃堤洪水在区域内的演进情况,分析洪水风险,为嘉兴地区洪水风险图编制工作提供技术支撑。

       

      Abstract: China is one of the countries that are most severely affected by floods disasters in the world. With the rapid development of social economy, the direct economic loss caused by flood is becoming more and more serious. Consequently, the flood control strategy in China is transformed from flood control to flood management. The flood management needs flood risk analysis of which the numerical simulation is a crucial method. Based on flood risk mapping pilot project (phase II), the Jiaxing area is chosen as the research object to establish a one-dimensional river network model to simulate water level changes by MIKE 11 . Followed a two-dimensional model is established to simulate flood routing process for rainstorm by MIKE 21. Finally, the dike-break flood routing process in the research area is simulated by MIKE FLOOD coupling model to analyze the flood risk and provide technical support for flood management in Jiaxing area.
