    Exploration of unified model assembly management based on multiple water sector models and multiple modeling schemes

    • 摘要: 天津市水工程调度模型装配台属于天津市防洪调度应急指挥平台建设内容的核心内容之一。该平台对适用于天津市防洪调度、城市内涝、水资源管理等业务场景的六大类35种水利模型、45套建模文件实行标准化封装,统一管理。支持按照计算区域、场景需求自由装配计算方案,实现算法、模型和方案统一管理和建设框架, 并以服务形式提供给业务系统模块来使用,为现有和未来规划的数字孪生系统提供统一的算力、算法中心,支撑天津市水旱灾害防御和水资源管理与调配等业务。

       

      Abstract: Tianjin water engineering dispatching model assembly platform is one of the core contents of the construction of Tianjin flood dispatching and emergency command platform system. The platform mainly implements standardized packaging and unified management of 35 water sector models and 45 sets of modeling files in 6 categories that are suitable for business scenarios such as flood dispatching, urban waterlogging, and water resources management in Tianjin City. It supports the free assembly of computing solutions according to the requirements of computing areas and scenarios, realizes the unified management and construction framework of algorithms, models and solutions, and provides business system modules for use in the form of services. The digital twin system for existing and future planning provides a unified computing power and algorithm center to support the business of flood and drought disaster prevention and water resource management and allocation in Tianjin City.
