    天津市中心城区“2024.8.25”暴雨内涝复盘模拟分析

    Post-event simulation analysis of "2024.8.25" rainstorm and waterlogging in Tianjin's Central Urban Area

    • 摘要: 2024年8月下旬,天津市遭遇了强降雨天气,引发了严重的城市内涝。利用中国水利水电科学研究院研发的IFMS/Urban(IWHR-Integrated Flood Modeling System)软件构建天津市中心城区洪涝分析模型,包括一维河道模型、二维地表模型及管网模型,并利用该模型对该场次暴雨进行复盘分析,对比模型模拟的结果及内涝积水监测站点的实测情况,两者基本吻合;利用模型分析结果给出相应内涝积水原因及建议。该模型完善后,可为天津市中心城区的内涝防御预警数字化分析提供有效的技术支撑。

       

      Abstract: In late August 2024, Tianjin experienced intense rainfall, leading to severe urban waterlogging. With the flood analysis model of Tianjin's Central Urban Area, a post-event analysis of this rainstorm was conducted. The model is built with the IFMS software developed by the China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research, and the software integrates a one-dimensional river model, a two-dimensional surface model, and a drainage network model. The simulation results closely matched the observations from waterlogging monitoring stations. The study also identified the causes of waterlogging and proposed corresponding solutions based on the model analysis. The further improvement of this model will provide effective digital analysis support for flood prevention and early warning in Tianjin's Central Urban Area.
