    • 摘要: 以天津市防洪调度应急指挥平台在防洪调度预演中的数字孪生场景建设为目标,概述孪生技术在现代应急管理中的重要性和应用前景,详细介绍防洪调度预演孪生场景的系统架构和关键技术,包括数据集成、仿真建模、实时云渲染等关键技术环节。通过实际案例展示该孪生场景在预测洪水影响范围、预演调度方案效果等方面的应用效果。最后,总结研究成果,并提出未来发展的方向和建议。

       

      Abstract: This paper aims to explore the digital twin scene construction of Tianjin flood dispatching and emergency command platform in flood dispatching rehearsal. Firstly, the importance and application prospect of twin technology in modern emergency management are summarized. Then, the system architecture and key technologies of flood dispatching rehearsal twin scene are introduced in detail, including data integration, simulation modeling, real-time cloud rendering and other key technical links. The practical case shows the application effect of the twin scene in predicting the flood impact range and drilling the effect of the scheduling schemes. Finally, the research results are summarized, and the direction and suggestions for future development are put forward.
