    浙江省山洪预警平台设计与实践

    Design and practice of Zhejiang Province flash flood warning platform

    • 摘要: 浙江省山洪预警平台聚焦山洪灾害“哪里易发生、风险在哪里、如何来管控”3个关键问题,通过构建包含空间基础数据、山洪灾害基础数据、气象共享数据和监测数据的山洪数据仓,运用数据分析服务,预警分析服务,二、三维地图引擎,分布式水文模型,人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)识别和可视化模型等算法,结合声光电预警设备打造预报预警、监测预警和现地预警多阶段渐进式预警体系和预警—“叫应”—反馈闭环体系,实现了“一级部署、多级应用”的目标。

       

      Abstract: The Zhejiang Province flash flood warning platform focuses on three key issues of flash flood disasters: where they are prone to occur, where the risks are, and how to control them. By building a flash flood data warehouse that includes spatial basic data, flash flood disaster basic data, meteorological shared data, and monitoring data, and using data analysis services, warning analysis services, 2D and 3D map engines, distributed hydrological models, AI intelligent recognition and visualization models, and other algorithms, combined with sound, light, and electricity warning equipment, it creates a multi-stage progressive warning system for forecasting, monitoring, and on-site warning, as well as a warning call feedback closed-loop system, achieving the goal of "one level deployment, multi-level application".
