    云南大理州鹤庆水文站旱警水位(流量)确定及应用探讨

    Determination and application discussion of drought warning water level (flow) at Heqing Hydrological Station in Dali Prefecture, Yunnan Province

    • 摘要: 基于云南大理州鹤庆水文站(以下简称鹤庆站)历史旱情统计资料、典型干旱年发生干旱期间各月月均流量资料、鹤庆站断面以下取水流量资料及生态流量分析成果,采用典型干旱年法和水量叠加法综合分析确定鹤庆站旱警流量为2.36 m3/s,相应水位为2 181.80 m。由于鹤庆站低水受下游取水坝壅水影响,故以旱警流量预警为主,旱警水位根据实测流量资料适时调整。研究结果对3种鹤庆县干旱发展情况,区域生活、生态和生产用水安全,以及地区抗旱工作具有一定参考价值。

       

      Abstract: Based on the historical drought statistical data of Heqing Hydrological Station in Dali Prefecture of Yunnan Province, monthly average flow data during typical drought years, water intake flow data below the cross-section of Heqing Hydrological Station, and ecological flow analysis results, the typical drought year method and water volume superposition method were used to comprehensively analyze and determine the drought warning flow rate of Heqing Hydrological Station as 2.36 m3/s, with a corresponding water level of 2181.80 m. Due to the low water level of Heqing Hydrological Station being affected by downstream water intake dam blockage, drought warning flow warning is mainly used, and the drought warning water level is adjusted in a timely manner based on measured flow data. The research results have certain practical reference value for the development of drought in Heqing County, regional domestic, ecological and industrial safety, as well as regional drought resistance work.
