Abstract:
From the perspective of alleviating the current flood pressure of the main stream and preventing excessive floods beyond the designed standard flood, the research on the key technologies of FEDE (forecasting, early warning, drilling and emergency plan) in Xiaojingpu storage and detention region in Yaojiang river watershed is carried out, the mathematical model of flood diversion is constructed, and the FEDE flood diversion application system in Xiaojingpu storage and detention region is developed. The system adopts B/S(Brower/Server) mode to develop and integrate, uses J2EE technology framework, carries out program design according to the principle of object-oriented design method, realizes hierarchical decoupling of the system, and strengthens the ability of FEDE to cope with the excessive floods beyond designed standard flood, which provides intelligent and scientific support for the defense of excessive floods in Yaojiang River Basin.
