    姚江流域小泾浦蓄滞空间分洪“四预”系统设计与开发

    Design and development of FEDE system for dealing with excessive flood diversion in Xiaojingpu storage and detention region

    • 摘要: 从缓解干流现状防洪压力、防御超标准洪水等实际需求角度出发,开展姚江流域小泾浦蓄滞空间分洪“四预”(预报、预警、预演、预案)关键技术研究,构建分洪数学模型,开发小泾浦蓄滞空间分洪“四预”应用系统。该系统采用B/S(Brower/Server)方式开发集成,运用J2EE技术框架,按照面向对象设计方法的原则进行程序设计,实现系统分层解耦,该系统实现并强化了应对超标准洪水的“四预”能力,为姚江流域防御超标准洪水提供智能化、科学化技术支持。

       

      Abstract: From the perspective of alleviating the current flood pressure of the main stream and preventing excessive floods beyond the designed standard flood, the research on the key technologies of FEDE (forecasting, early warning, drilling and emergency plan) in Xiaojingpu storage and detention region in Yaojiang river watershed is carried out, the mathematical model of flood diversion is constructed, and the FEDE flood diversion application system in Xiaojingpu storage and detention region is developed. The system adopts B/S(Brower/Server) mode to develop and integrate, uses J2EE technology framework, carries out program design according to the principle of object-oriented design method, realizes hierarchical decoupling of the system, and strengthens the ability of FEDE to cope with the excessive floods beyond designed standard flood, which provides intelligent and scientific support for the defense of excessive floods in Yaojiang River Basin.
