    2022年江西省乐安河流域超标准洪水遥感监测分析

    Remote sensing monitoring and analysis of excess standard flood in Le'an River basin of Jiangxi Province in 2022

    • 摘要: 2022年6月,受持续强降雨影响,江西省乐安河流域遭遇历史罕见特大暴雨,乐安河虎山站洪峰流量接近50年一遇,造成乐平市发生严重洪涝灾害。分析了此次强降雨过程造成的洪水雨情和水情特点,利用高分三号(GF-3)卫星遥感数据,对此次洪水汛情和灾情进行了动态监测和评估,准确、及时、全面跟踪了乐安河流域洪水的演进过程及发展变化趋势,为灾情应急抢险决策提供全局视角的技术支撑。

       

      Abstract: Affected by continuous heavy rainfall, the Le'an River basin encountered a rare rainstorm in history, and the peak flow of the Hushan Station of the Le'an River was close to 50 year return period, causing serious flood in Leping City, in June, 2022. This paper analyzed the characteristics of the flood, rainfall and water regime caused by this heavy rainfall process. Using satellite GF-3 remote sensing data, the flood and disaster situations were dynamically monitored and evaluated. This result accurately, timely and comprehensively tracked the evolution process and development trend of the flood in Le'an River basin, and provided technical support from overall perspective for disaster emergency rescue decision-making.
