    基于数字孪生的松辽流域水工程防灾联合调度系统探索

    Research on joint dispatching system for disaster prevention of water projects in Songhua-Liaohe River basin based on Digital Twins

    • 摘要: 针对松辽流域智慧水利建设工作,探索了构建基于数字孪生的松辽流域水工程防灾联合调度系统,系统梳理了松辽流域水利信息化、智能化建设的现状与不足,提出了松辽流域数据底板、专业模型、知识库以及预报调度一体化等数字孪生流域需构建的关键技术,以及松辽流域预报调度一体化业务系统的主要功能,为松辽流域推进智慧水利建设提供支撑,也为全国数字孪生流域建设提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the smart water construction in Songhua-Liaohe River basin, this paper explores the construction of joint dispatching system for disaster prevention of water projects in Songhua-Liaohe River basin based on Digital Twins, systematically combs the current situation and shortcomings of the informatization and intelligent construction of watersectors in Songhua-Liaohe River basin, and puts forward the key technologies that need to be built in the Digital Twins basin, such as data base, professional model, knowledge models, and integration of forecasting and dispatching, as well as the main functions of the integrated business system for forecasting and dispatching in Songhua-Liaohe River basin. It provides support for promoting the construction of smart water sector in Songhua-Liaohe River basin, and also provides reference for the construction of the national Digital Twins basin.
