    新型雨量计的设计和比测实验

    Design and comparison test of a new kind of rain gauge

    • 摘要: 设计新型雨量计的目的是解决翻斗式雨量计易堵塞的痛点问题,保证配套自动蒸发站使用设备的高可靠性。受益于原自动蒸发站研究项目的经验,设计制作了智能防堵磁致式雨量计原型样机,并投入到了蒸发站观测场进行户外实际比测实验。实测结果表明所设计的新型磁致式雨量计能达到与人工完全一致的雨量监测结果,同时实验发现雨量计器口内过滤网对实测降水量有影响,这也是大部分翻斗式雨量计测量值偏小于人工观测雨量值的主因。该设备设计定位适中,其功能不逊色于昂贵的称重式雨量计。

       

      Abstract: The purpose of designing a new type of rain gauge is to solve the problem of easy blockage of the tipple-type rain gauge and ensure the high reliability of the equipment used in the matching automatic evaporation station. Benefiting from the experience of the original automatic evaporation station research project, the prototype of the intelligent anti-blocking magnetostrictive rain gauge was designed and manufactured, and was put into the observation field of the evaporation station for outdoor actual comparison experiments. The measured results show that the new magnetostrictive rain gauge designed can achieve the same rainfall monitoring results as the artificial ones. At the same time, the experiment found that the filter screen in the mouth of the rain gauge has a definite impact on the measured precipitation, which is also the main reason why most of the measured values of the tipple-type rain gauge are less than the manually observed rainfall values. The equipment is designed and positioned appropriately, but its function is not inferior to the expensive weighing rain gauge.
