    基于TELEMAC-2D的山东东营市天鹅湖蓄滞洪区运行调度特征分析

    Operation dispatching feature analysis in Swan Lake flood storage and detention area in Dongying City based on TELEMAC-2D

    • 摘要: 我国正处于快速城镇化进程阶段,由此导致的城市内涝问题越发严重。基于TELEMAC-2D水动力学模型对山东东营市天鹅湖蓄滞洪区进行数学建模,模拟了201909号台风“利奇马”、201818号台风“温比亚”和50年一遇24 h降雨3种降雨情境下东营市天鹅湖蓄滞洪区不同进水闸开启方案组合下的入流过程,模拟结果表明:在台风“利奇马”“温比亚”和50年一遇24 h降雨情境下进水总量分别为470万m3、451万m3和401万m3,均不超过天鹅湖蓄滞洪区蓄水能力,通过打开天鹅湖蓄滞洪区的进水闸,可有效控制广利河水位在3.30 m以下,保证城区排水系统不受顶托,维持正常的排水功能;模拟结果可为天鹅湖蓄滞洪区运行调度规程编制和防洪调度提供科学依据。

       

      Abstract: China is in the stage of rapid urbanization, which causes more and more serious urban waterlogging problems. Based on the TELEMAC-2D hydrodynamic model, mathematical model of Swan Lake flood storage and detention area in Dongying City were established and the inflow processes of Swan Lake flood storage and detention area were simulated under three rainfall scenarios:Typhoon "Lekima", Typhoon "Wimbiya", 50-year-return rainfall event.The simulation results show that:The total volume are 4.70, 4.51 and 4.01 million m3 respectively under different combination scenarios which are no more than the water storage capacity of Swan Lake flood storage and detention areas.By opening the water intake of Swan Lake flood storage and detention area, the water level of Guangli River can be effectively controlled below 3.3 m, so as to ensure that the urban drainage system is not supported by the roof and maintain the normal drainage function.The simulation results can provide a scientific basis for the operation water regulation and flood control of Swan Lake flood storage and detention area.
