    Design and development of intelligent dispatching and decision support system for multi-reservoir in medium and small basins

    • 摘要: 随着我国大江大河防洪工程体系日益完善,中小流域的洪涝灾害防治成为当前防洪工作的重点内容之一。以涟水流域为例,针对中小流域的水文特性、水文预报及洪水调度的现实需求,在耦合精细化降雨预报的基础上,综合应用分布式水文模型、水库调度模型开发了一套中小流域水库群智能调度与决策支持系统。该系统结合互联网、WebGIS、水利模型、倾斜摄影测量、三维虚拟现实等技术,采用J2EE开发框架,基于SpringBoot进行前后端分离开发和Restful服务接口开发,实现了良好的SOA服务式架构,采用ElementUI、EChart、Maptalks等实现人机交互展示界面。

       

      Abstract: With the ever-improving flood prevention engineering system of major rivers in our country, the prevention and control of flood disasters in small and medium basins has become one of the key contents of current flood prevention work. This article taking Lianshui Basin as an example,aims at the actual needs of hydrological characteristics, hydrological forecasting and flood dispatching of small and medium-sized river basins. Based on the coupled fine rainfall forecasting, comprehensive application of distributed hydrological model and reservoir dispatching model, a set of intelligent dispatching and decision support system for multi-reservoir in small and medium watersheds was developed. The system fully integrates technologies such as the Internet, WebGIS, water conservancy models,oblique photogrammetry and 3D virtual reality,adopts the current mainstream J2EE development framework,based on SpringBoot for front-end and back-end development and Restful service interface development, and realizes a good SOA service architecture, uses ElementUI, EChart, Maptalks etc. to achieve a good display interface for human-computer interaction.
