    贵州省夹岩水源枢纽工程2018年防洪度汛措施分析

    Analysis of 2018 flood control measures of Jiayan Water Conservancy Project in Guizhou Province

    • 摘要: 夹岩水源枢纽工程大坝为混凝土面板堆石坝,最大坝高154 m,该枢纽工程2018年防洪度汛采用10年一遇全年洪水标准,主要利用上下游围堰挡水、导流洞过流。上游围堰为不过水碾压式土工膜心墙堆石围堰,最大堰高44.5 m,最大库容9 489万m3。针对该枢纽工程2018年防洪度汛严峻形势,从防洪度汛标准、工程措施、组织措施、监测手段及应急预案进行综合分析与研究,从而达到确保工程2018年安全度汛和下游人民群众的生命安全的目的。

       

      Abstract: The dam of Jiayan Water Conservancy Project is concrete faced rock fill dam, the maximum dam height is 154 m. The flood control standard in 2018 adopted 10-year return period flood, which mainly used upstream and downstream cofferdam to prevent water and diversion tunnel to discharge water. The upstream cofferdam is rolled and non-overflow geomembrane central core rockfill cofferdam, the maximum height is 44.5 m, and the maximum storage capacity is 94.89 million m3. Focus on the severe situation of flood control in 2018, this article analyzes flood control standard, engineering measures, organizational measures, monitoring means and emergence plans, so as to ensure the safety of the project in 2018 flood season and the downstream masses.
