Abstract: In order to standardize the technical review of river-related construction projects in Shandong Province, the general technical review standards for various river-related construction projects in Shandong Province have been studied and formulated. This paper introduces the basis, principles, methods and final results of the re-search. It studies the implementation effect through specific application cases. This study has a strong practical significance for guiding the related work in Shandong Province.
